Scary Spiderweb Cupcakes

I wanted something a little different for cupcakes this Halloween, and I saw this idea on HGTV's Halloween Block Party (did you catch that? Some pretty great decorating ideas!) Here's some more ideas from them.

Any cupcakes will work, just three simple circles of frosting on the top, then swipe 'em with a toothpick to give the spiderweb look. Pretty simple idea, but so cool.
